I did not edit this chapter- there has been no time! I picked my husband up on Saturday, and since then we've been out with his friends, or I've had his 2 best friends (stooge number 2 & stooge number 3) in and out of the house- and let's just say it's not easy trying to write when 3 Marines just back from Iraq are at the house playing XBOX or watching tv or just being loud, lol!

Anyways, I appreciate all the reviews. I don't have chapter 7 done AT ALL! EEK! Usually I have at least 1-2 chapters written ahead... now there's nothing. I know my husband is supposed to have from Thursday to Monday off, so I don't know if Always There will be updated next Tuesday! I will try though!

Hey everyone!

My hubby is finally home! YAY!

Basically, all this week I have midterms. So I will be busy with my husband & midterms. Thursday he starts his 96, so I probably won't be around this weekend.

What does this mean to you?

Fics most likely (unless he's playing xbox with his buddies & Reginald [my muse] visits me) will not be updated this week or next week.

I have the next chapter of Always There ready, so I can post that Tuesday as scheduled. I'm just not sure when the next chappy of it will be. Everything else will have to wait.

Quick Note

Hey everyone!

Well, as I said before, my husband finally is coming home! He'll be home in several hours. I just wanted to let you all know updates may be a while for the next few weeks to a month until things settle down again. I'll write if I have the time. I'm not quitting writing or anything, just letting you know updates may be slow for a little while.

Saga Chapter 5 AN!

First, thank you all soooo much for the reviews! I love them! Really, truly, I do!

This was the longest chapter I've ever, ever written! I can almost gurantee it's the longest chapter I'll write anytime soon. I've bitched and complained about this chapter for several blog entries. I'm a little frustrated with myself for taking the easy way out with the end of the chapter, but I was so sick of writing it, that I just had to end it. That's why it' s so abrupt! There are several small things that irked me about this chapter, but to be honest, I was so sick of writing it that I didn't edit it at all.

YES, Seth is the potatoe guy from the LDB. I can't believe I didn't make that clear!

I didn't contrast the families too much in this chapter because, well, I wanted to concentrate on Michael & Lola more. Don't worry, Logan, Katy, Rory, and Seth will all be shown in the future chapters soon. I just needed to do a mainly teens chapter to set up the rest of the story. We're about halfway finished folks! (Thank God!)

Well, once again, thanks for all the reviews. I would give individual thanks, but to be honest, I'm too tired... need more caffeine! So thanks everyone!

I need a 12 step program!

Hello! I'm a fanficaholic. Yes, that's right. A fanficaholic.

I need to join a 12 step program, get a sponsor- something! My God! It's out of control!

You see, I gave up writing for about two, maybe two and a half, years. Before that, it was awful. A fic here, a fic there, here a fic, there a fic, everywhere a fic fic! But, due to life altering situations, I was forced to stop. Well, life calmed down once I got out of school. So then I decided, hey, I'll update a chappy here, a chappy there. It's cool.

That was ok. Then I started to read GG fiction. Then I started to write it. I figured, ok, a one shot here & there, no big. An actual fan fic, no big. I'll write one. Then two. Now... look where I am!

I came to the realization I am a fanficaholic when I heard a ring tone- yes, a ring tone- and fashioned an entire one shot around it! It was just soooo Lorelai. I'm in the process of writing it now! A ring tone! My desk is littered with post its filled, not with ideas for my art history & development of lines mid-term paper (which is due tomorrow!), but with fan fic ideas!

It's a disease. Really, truly. A disease. But hey, I figure if I gotta have a disease, it's a pretty entertaining one to have.

Now that I (the peanut gallery) have bored you to no end with my realizations of addiction, I'll shut up, and continue to write.

Solutions chapter 3 is up!

Finally! I got chapter 3 of Solutions up at ff.net. I'll work on the next chapter soon.

I only have a few days to get caught up on my writing. My husband will be returning in less than a week! It could be as soon as Friday... or it could be a few days later. So I have soooo much to do. But I'll try to get a few chapters written ahead for each of my fics. No promises though.

He gets two weeks of leave when he gets home, so I won't be able to write much during that time. So if I'm not around, you know why!

Anyways, I'm still stuck on Saga. You know that song that doesn't end thing from lambchop? This is the chapter equivelant to that song. (Yes, I know, you're all sick of hearing me bitch about chapter 5!)

Reginald (my muse) keeps visiting me. I have three fics just today that I want to start. But I think I'll only start one of them. It's a Trory, and I can't not write it! The first chapter will be up soon.

Ug... More writing...

It's official: Saga chapter 5 is the endless chapter! I don't think it'll ever end.

Yes, this is another post of me complaining about chapter 5 of Saga being so damn long!

It's at 21 pages- by far a record for me by the way (I'm VERY proud)- and it's not done.

I can probably end it in about 4 pages more... but then it'll have a crappy ending for that chapter... and this is the most important chapter of the entire fic!

It'll take probably 10 more pages to finish it properly- at least!

So, if you're wondering why it's been a week since I updated Solutions, or why I'm not posting more than one chapter a week of Always There, it's because of Saga.

It's not like it's my favorite fic at the moment. That honor goes to Solutions. But, I can't get it out of my head. My muse- I've named him Reginald- is insisting I finish Saga. He's absolutely insisting! I've tried telling Reginald that I want to rewrite chapter 3 of Solutions- he doesn't care!

I've tried explaining to Reginald that it would be nice to work on chapter 7 of Always There- he said tough! But, I can't complain too much- at least he's visiting me!

Well, I've dallied enough. It's time for me to get back to typing. Hopefully I'll finish this chapter of Saga today, cause I'm sick of it! (Yet I can't stop writing it- explain that one if you can!)

Saga...

Oh my God! I am having the worst problem ever with Saga: I can't quit writing it! My next chapter is by far the longest chapter I have ever written- for any fic, or one shot- ever! And it's not even close to being completed! It's not that I'm blocked or anything- it's the opposite! I don't think I'll ever be able to end this chapter! I'm like that damn bunny, I just keep writing, and writing, and writing (or typing, and typing, and typing...).

Eek! Anyways, I just wanted to warn you guys. I'll try to finish it before school (it gives me about 5 hours to work on it off & on), but it could end up being a while before it's done. Who knows. Once it is done though, it will be loooong.

I thought about splitting this chapter up into smaller chapters, but I really don't want to do that. It will completely throw the entire fic off. Not to mention, this fic will end up being 10 (a possible 11) chapters- if I split this chapter up it could end up being over 15 chapters long!

Always There Chapter 5 AN

I don't have a lot of time to do individualized reviews- I'm sorry!

I just wanted to thank you guys and respond to a few comments:

Yes, Nathan being from Boston originally will pull drama out of Tree Hill- but, as you will see in this chapter and the next, I can still make things interesting!

I'm sorry if the background is confusing to anyone. I kinda dropped the ball on that a bit.

Writer's Block...

I've hit a bit of writer's block.

Right now I'm working on Saga. It's going to be a loooonnnnnggg chapter. This is kinda the turning point in the fic. I'm not sure how many more chapters there will be. This will end up being 10 chapters at the most. But the rest of the chapters do go pretty fast after chapter 5.

Anyways, I haven't been working on Always There. I need to think about how I want it to go. The next chapter is finished and will be up on Tuesday.

Solutions chapter 3 is written, but I think I will rewrite it. I'm not please with how it turned out. I may write another version & decide which one I like best.

I started a Rogan one shot. I'm about 1/2 to 1/3 done with it. I tried to make it a Trory, but I just can't write Trories lately! And I LOVE Tristan!

Saga was supposed to be a Trory, but then I just couldn't write it as one. Then I tried to make it a Cory, and that didn't work. Seth just kinda weasled his way into the fic. And yes- Seth is the potatoe guy from the LDB! Sorry if it wasn't obvious!

Anyways, sorry about the rambling... I just wanted to let you guys know what was going on.

Updates...

I posted chapter 2 of Solutions. I am sooooo overwhelmed by all the reviews! Oh my God! Thank you everyone! Wow. I was shocked to see some of the writers who reviewed- I was like 'Woah, that writer is reading one of my fics? OMG!' I know, I know, I'm a dork.

I really love working on it. It's a fluffy fic overall, because I really don't think Rory & Logan are going to be on the show together much longer. :( So, I figured they deserve a happy fic. It may not all be sunshine & roses, but nothing should be too overdramatic.

Anyways, chapter 4 of Saga is up. That was probably my favorite chapter to write. It's very sad, but I liked showing a happy Rory & Seth. I am stuck on chapter 5. Chapter 5 sets the story for the rest of the fic, so I have to do a good job on it.

I worked on Always There. I'm a little stuck on this one, but the next chapter will still be up on Tuesday as scheduled.

Solutions- my Rogan fic!

I did it again- I started (another) new fic. I know, shame on me. But I had to do it! This idea was swimming in my head, and last nights GG epi gave me the storyline... so I had to do it.

I actually wrote the first chapter in less than 30 minutes. I'm rather proud. It's up at ff.net right now. I'll add it here later tonight.

Basically, Logan decides that in order for him & Rory to stay together, they need to get married. And they do! It should be about 5 or so chapters. And then I'll have a sequel!

Always There chapter 4 AN

Well, I hope you like it! I tried to add more background info than anything in this chapter. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow I can get a couple chapters done- if so, I may post chapter 5 before next Tuesday. Let me know what you guys think!

SugarySweet: Tree Hill will be the setting soon. Chapter six is in Tree Hill, and I'm stuck on it right now. The problem is I haven't seen OTH in a while... so I'm kinda blocked. Other characters will make their entrance in either six or seven- I haven't decided yet. There will certainly be pairings other than Lucas/Rory/Logan.

Thanks for the comments about my husband. I appreciate it. The seperation really hasn't been too bad, but now that it's close to him coming home and the date keeps changing I'm going crazy! But it's good for my writing, because I write to keep busy. And yes, for now I'm an English major. Thank you for all of your wonderful comments. I appreciate the reviews!

Notes about Waiting, my C/L fic...

Ok, I just wanted to post a few comments about Waiting, my Christopher & Lorelai fic.

First, it was never intended to be a C/L. It just sorta happened. I didn't even realize it until I wrote Chris into it.

Second, the Emily scene at the end: I was not trying to make it seem like Lorelai was marrying Chris to make her family happy. It was supposed to be an emotional scene. The point of it was that Lorelai finally had her life totally in order. Yes- her mother was proud of her. Lorelai hasn't heard that from Emily very much. So yes, she was happy! If she wanted to make her mother proud, she would have had a Russian winter wedding, and let Emily completely plan it. It was simply intended to be a loving moment between mother and daughter. That's it.

Anyways, thanks for all the reviews. I loved them! I had a lot of fun writing this fic.

My fics...

The first three chapters of Saga are up. I have chapter for written, and am trying to write chapter five now. Four is probably my favorite so far- but it's really sad. Five is hard to write, because it really sets the tone for the rest of the story... it should be up by the end of the week. But pay attention to Five, because if you look closely enough, you will see a bit of foreshadowing for the rest of the fic.

Always There: Well, the inspiration well is starting to run a bit dry. I have up to chapter 5 written, and I have a bit of chapter 6 done. I think it's just that I've been concentrating on Saga for the past week. The idea for Saga has been in my head for a while, and I couldn't get it out. Saga should be finished within the next two weeks (if not by the end of this week), so I'll return full concentration to Always There soon. I know what I want to happen with it- it's just I'm stuck on chapter 6. It will be setting up the story a bit more for the rest of the summer (unless I'm REALLY blocked, and then it'll be a filler), so I need to make sure I write it well.

I have several Rogan ideas floating around in my head right now, but none really pop out at me. I want to write a short (less than ten chapters) Rogan... but I am waiting for my muse to come tap me on the shoulder. Hopefully said muse waits a week... that way I'm not trying to finish Saga and working on Always There and a Rogan.

I still haven't forgotten Lost, or Needing You. It's just neither of those are really speaking to me at the moment. Just wait until Logan's out of my head a bit and then I'll have a new chapter out. Anways, that's the update on my fics.

Saga: Through The Years

Hey everyone!

So, I've been working on another new fic. (I think I'm just getting anxious for my husband to get here, and they keep changing the date, so I probably have another week or more until he is home, so I'm keeping busy by writing.) This one is a Saga.

The main characters are Rory & Logan. Here's the kicker- they aren't together. They won't be- not in any of the chapters. It follows their lives, and their lives are connected... but it's not a Rogan, and they are not friends. It sounds confusing, but I really like it so far. I already know exactly what's going to happen.

It's called Saga: Through The Years. The first two chapters are already posted here. When I have a few more chapters done, I'll post at ff.net.

Chapter 3 AN for Always there

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for reading Always There! I appreciate all the reviews!

First, I'm sorry chapter 3 isn't much of a chapter. I wrote it with the first 4 chapters all at once, so I didn't realize what a boring filler it was. So that's why I didn't wait until Tuesday to post it. It's not really fair to make you all wait one week just for a boring chapter. Don't worry; chapter 4 will be out on Tuesday still!

Sugary Sweet: Thank you so much for your review! Yes, Nathan and Lucas are brothers. Growing up, Nathan lived in Boston all year with Dan and Deb. Lucas only visited them on the summers.

This will (probably) be a Lucas & Rory fic. But, Logan will be around for a while. He will probably be there most of the summer. But I intend to make it a Lucas & Rory fic.

There are no current plans for Tristan to be in this fic. Sorry, but I'm just not sure how I would add him. Perhaps he can do a cameo at some point during the summer ;).

Just Hidden: Thank you for the review! You know, I just reread the chapters, and yes... there needs to be more background info. I promise, everything will be cleared up soon! I'm working on chapter 6 right now, but I'll try to add more background to chapters 4 & 5, and by 6 everything should be cleared up. I'm so sorry for the confusion! If it makes it any better, most of my writing is done around 1 a.m., so I'm writing in a coffee driven craze. Sorry!

Shopping...

Oh my God!

I never thought I would say this, but... I am sick of shopping!

I just spent the past 10 1/2 hours shopping. I made the massive mistake of taking my best friend. What should have taken an hour, two at the most, took over 10.

I was looking for an outfit to pick my hubby up in when he comes home from Iraq. (VERY SOON! YAY!)

I finally found the perfect outfit. I love it.

But I didn't get any writing done today. Perhaps I will tonight.

Waiting- A New C/L Fic

I wrote a new One shot. It's a Christopher & Lorelai fic. I honestly don't know how to write Lorelai, or Luke... but it just kinda came to me.

One reader asked me to write a part 2 of Luke's POV. I'm considering it. If (big if) it gets done, then it will be one of those spur of the moment, muse tapping on my shoulder things. That's what Waiting was. I just sat down and started typing, and that's what I got.

First, I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful reviews! Wow- I am overwhelmed by the resonse I recieved.

As long as the reviews keep coming so I know everyone's still interested in this fic, I will continue to post one new chapter each week. (At least).

Rather than post super long AN's in the fic, I'll respond to some of them here. So here goes:

In response to Emma, Love23, jojo26pink, and Caitlin, this is probably going to be a Brucus. But, Logan will be around for a while. I haven't for sure made up my mind about the Brucus pairing, but I'm heavily leaning that way.

When I first started writing Always There, I wasn't sure if I wanted Brucus or Rogan, but the Brucus pairing really grew on me quickly.

In answer to Sugary Sweet, yes, other OTH memebers will be in this. BUT, I haven't actually watched OTH on a weekly basis in a while, so odds are the characters will be somewhat OC. I'm sorry about that. I am trying to get back into watching it faithfully, it's just tough with my school schedule right now.

Just Hidden asked me many, many great questions! :) Yes, there will be other hidden dramas. That's what will make this fic so much fun for me to write! I haven't decided what all those dramas will be yet, so if you have any suggestions, I'm open to them!

I added in how Lucas & Rory know each other, but I'm sure I'll probably have flashbacks and the like in future chapters.

As for the question about why Logan reacted so quickly to Rory staying with Lucas, well, Rogan's relationship is already rocky. That will play a huge part in the future chapters of this fic.
